Regular Hours of Operation: 7am-4pm or 5:30pm-8:30pm

Location: Across the city (East, West, South and Downtown)

Compensation: $20 – $25 / Hour

No prior experience required; training will be provided

As a Home Services Specialist at Pad Pal, you will play a crucial role in both the operational and client-facing aspects of our business. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in home maintenance services while also developing valuable sales and customer service skills. Ideal candidates are energetic, motivated students looking to learn and grow in a dynamic, outdoor work environment.

Sales and Customer Interaction:

• Engage with potential clients through door-to-door interactions, phone calls, and digital communication.
• Generate quotes for services based on client needs and property assessment.
• Close deals by effectively communicating the value and benefits of our services.
• Maintain positive relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and encouraging repeat business.

Service Execution:

• Perform a variety of home services, including gutter cleaning, window cleaning, holiday lighting installation and removal, asphalt sealing, gutter guards installation, and lawn aeration.
• Ensure all services are completed to Pad Pal’s standards of quality and safety.
• Manage scheduling and timely execution of services.
• Use and maintain equipment properly and safely.

Training:

• Comprehensive training on all services offered by Pad Pal.
• Sales and customer service training to enhance interaction and negotiation skills.
• Safety training to ensure all tasks are performed in a secure manner.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Physical ability to perform outdoor and manual tasks.
