BEL-AIR TOYOTA – PART-TIME RECEPTIONIST 

Position overview:

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Part-Time Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience. You will handle a variety of administrative tasks while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome customers and staff in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate person or department.
  • Facilitate payment processing and ensure accurate record keeping of customer transactions.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing.
  • Ensure coffee bar is stocked and area is kept clean.
  • Ensure waiting area is presentable and clean.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in French and English is required
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred but not required
  • Previous customer service experience is required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
