LMIA Opportunity: We seek LMIA applicants for a 2-year contract as a Landscape Labourer.

Nutri-Lawn Service Group is now seeking motivated and qualified individuals under the LMIA program to join our growing team as Landscape Labourers.

Position Overview: At Nutri-Lawn Service Group, you’ll contribute to creating and maintaining beautiful, functional outdoor spaces by supporting our core divisions. As a Landscape Labourer, you will ensure that lawns, gardens, and outdoor areas remain healthy, vibrant, and safe for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply fertilizers, weed control, seeding and aeration services to our clients’ properties.
  • Perform landscape construction tasks and assist in maintaining related structures.
  • Operate and maintain landscape equipment.
  • Spray pesticides and other treatments onto foliage to control insect populations.
  • Perform general manual tasks to clean and maintain the landscaped environment and perform other landscape maintenance duties as directed.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Must speak and understand professional English
  • A valid passport
  • Must either have an Ontario G Driving License or be in the process of obtaining one
  • Should be physically fit, capable of lifting and moving up to 50 pounds, and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Clean-shaven daily to meet personal protection equipment requirements
  • Previous experience in farming, gardening, pesticide application, or similar general labour positions

Assets:

  • Play sports (basketball, rugby, football, etc.)
  • knowledge of the LMIA process
  • A pesticide applicator’s license is a vital asset

Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: $19.50 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 50 per week
