At Montana’s we strive to own the BBQ & Bar space in Canada. Food is a huge part of our lives and we play favourites! We LOVE anything and everything from the grill. We love our food to be authentically smoked, saucy, grilled, meaty, tender and delicious. Our team is authentic, carefree, down-to-earth, unpretentious, energetic and fun. As a Dishwasher you’re responsible for supporting a steady supply of clean and sanitized dishes for the team and our Guests.
Have Fun! – Duties and Responsibilities
- Contribute to the infectious energy of our team.
- Ensure we always have spotless, clean and sanitized dishes, cutlery, glassware and other smallwares to serve our Guests.
- Be a “know it all” about the operations of our dish machine including temperatures and chemical and water levels.
- Accurately complete all set up and closing procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and health & safety standards of your area.
- Follow all operational policies and procedures.
- Follow Montana’s Associate Look Book guidelines.
- Complete your online learning tests as required.
- We’re Looking for These Qualifications and Experience
- Previous experience as a Heart of House team member is preferred.

- Commitment to consistent attendance and punctuality.
What it Takes – Physical Requirements
- Constant standing/walking for duration of shift.
- Repetitive pushing, pulling and lifting above shoulders.
