Recruiting for Light Duty & Heavy Duty Cleaner

Light Duty Cleaner:

• Preform routine cleaning tasks, including but not limited to dusting, sweeping mopping vacuuming and disinfecting surfaces in designated areas.
• Clean, restock and sanitize restroom facilities.
• Sweep and mop staircases
• Empty and properly dispose of trash and recyclables in accordance with established protocols.
• Wipe down and clean surfaces such as windowsills, countertops and tables
• Ensure high-touch surfaces such as doorknobs light switches and handrails are regularly sanitized to promote a hygienic environment.
• Respond to emergency calls for spills/floods promptly to prevent slips and maintain a safe environment
• Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to ensure that cleaning schedules are followed and that cleaning supplies are adequately stocked
• Report any maintenance issues or concerns to the supervisor
• Adhere to established safety guidelines and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Occasionally assist with other maintenance tasks as directed by your supervisor
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Uphold a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with colleagues, clients and visitors

Heavy Duty Cleaner – (all light duty cleaning responsibilities plus)

• Preform thorough cleaning of designated areas using heavy-duty cleaning equipment such as power washers, industrial vacuums, floor scrubbers and carpet cleaners.
• Remove stubborn stains, dirt and grime from various surfaces, including floors, walls ceilings and equipment using appropriate cleaning solutions and techniques.
• Strip, wax and buff floors to maintain a polished and professional appearance.
• Preform exterior cleaning tasks including window washing and pressure washing
• Follow established safety protocols and guidelines while using heavy-duty equipment and cleaning chemicals
