DESCRIPTION:Summer Employment \nStart Date: April 02\, 2024 \nRegular Hours of Operation: 7am-4pm or 5:30pm-8:30pm \nLocation: Across the city (East\, West\, South and Downtown) \nCompensation: $20 – $25 / Hour \nNo prior experience required; training will be provided \nAs a Home Services Specialist at Pad Pal\, you will play a crucial role in both the operational and client-facing aspects of our business. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in home maintenance services while also developing valuable sales and customer service skills. Ideal candidates are energetic\, motivated students looking to learn and grow in a dynamic\, outdoor work environment. \nSales and Customer Interaction: \n\nEngage with potential clients through door-to-door interactions\, phone calls\, and digital communication.\nGenerate quotes for services based on client needs and property assessment.\nClose deals by effectively communicating the value and benefits of our services.\nMaintain positive relationships with existing clients\, ensuring their satisfaction and encouraging repeat business.\n\nService Execution: \n\nPerform a variety of home services\, including gutter cleaning\, window cleaning\, holiday lighting installation and removal\, asphalt sealing\, gutter guards installation\, and lawn aeration.\nEnsure all services are completed to Pad Pal’s standards of quality and safety.\nManage scheduling and timely execution of services.\nUse and maintain equipment properly and safely.\n\nTraining: \n\nComprehensive training on all services offered by Pad Pal.\nSales and customer service training to enhance interaction and negotiation skills.\nSafety training to ensure all tasks are performed in a secure manner.\n\nQualifications: \n\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to work independently and in a team environment.\nStrong work ethic and willingness to learn.\nPhysical ability to perform outdoor and manual tasks.\n\nPlease click here to schedule your interview time.
