Thank you for your interest in the Youth Job Connection program.  Please note the following eligibility criteria for our program:

  • 15 to 29 years old
  • A resident of Ontario
  • Eligible to work in Canada
  • Unemployed
  • Not in school

If you feel that you are eligible to participate, please select one of the dates below to attend an orientation session. While the program is open to all eligible youth, the intention is to help youth who are experiencing significant employment barriers and in most need of the services offered through the program.

Registration Links:

The following is a list of all our upcoming registration cycles.  Please note that the registration links are only activated 3 weeks prior to the Orientation Session.  All you need to do is select and register for one.

  • March 2020
  • May 2020 - Registration link will be available on April 13th, 2020
  • September 2020 - Registration link will be available on August 17th, 2020
  • October 2020 - Registration link will be available on September 14th, 2020
  • November 2020 - Registration link will be available on October 12th, 2020
  • January 2021 - Registration link will be available on December 14th, 2020
  • February 2021 - Registration link will be available on January 18th, 2021

STUDENTS:

Are you a student that meets the following criteria:

  • 15 to 18 years old
  • a resident of Ontario
  • eligible to Work in Canada
  • High school students intending to stay in, or return to high school or access post secondary education after the job placement

If so, please check back here in the afternoon of March 16th, 2020 for the registration dates!

NOTICE TO ALL POTENTIAL PARTICIPANTS OF BOTH PROGRAMS:

Once you register, you will need to bring the following items with you to the orientation session:

  • Social Insurance Card or Government Issued document showing the number.  We cannot accept a hand written number.  If your Social Insurance Number starts with a 9, then you will need to provide your work permit as well
  • Direct Deposit Form from your own bank account
  • Resume.  Please bring one with you and once your case worker is assigned, you will email them a copy as well
  • Photo ID showing your Date of Birth
